Donations are made to Make-A-Wish® Australia on the basis of settlements. An eligible deal will be a settled deal of $150,000 or more.
In the event of an injury preventing the continuation of this event, it will be deemed a successful event in lieu of the donations being made to Make-A-Wish® Australia.
Referral fees will cease being paid to referring clients at the continuation of this event. All donations made to Make-A-Wish® Australia are in lieu of past Customer Appreciation Payments.
Loan amounts of $149,000 or less will not be eligible towards Kanoe4Kids
This event is not subject to all or any of the paddlers completing the 42 day event successfully. In this event all donations will still be made as such.
This event is not subject to a minimum donation of $100,000 and will be reliant upon the number of eligible deals settled.
In the event of the death of Scott Matthews, all donations raised such far will be donated to the nominated charity. The event may continue however donations will cease from the time of his death.
All donations will be held in a multi signatory trust account for a period of no more than 12 months. A final donation will be made at the conclusion of this event to Make-A-Wish® Australia. The trust account will be established at the discretion of the account holders.
Any paddler involved in this event will do so at their own risk. They agree they will have no legal recourse for injury or death against Make-A-Wish® Australia or Scott E Matthews Pty Ltd. They participate in this event at their willingness and discretion.
No person involved in this event will conduct themselves in any manner that it discredits Make-A-Wish® Australia foundation, Money Advisers or Money Advisers Unley or a sponsor of the event.
Kanoe4kids reserves the right to alter, amend, vary or otherwise change any information on this internet site at any time and without notice to you.
Kanoe4kids reserves the right to impose limitations on participation in any event or fundraiser.
